摘要
在车削加工过程中,随着刀具磨损量的增加,表现为工件表面的纹理结构发生变化,依据工件纹理的变化能够间接判断刀具的磨损程度。具体处理方法为:选取阈值作图像分割,对二值图像作区域标记,区域标记的最大值称作连通区域数,将二值图像的连通区域数作为刀具磨损的特征量。实验结果表明,随着刀具磨损量的增加,图像的连通区域数随之增加,它为刀具磨损在线检测提供了一种有效的手段。
In the process of turning, the structure of the texture on the workpiece surface is changed with the increase of tool wear, the wear degree of tool can be indirectly determined according to the texture change on the workpiece surface. The threshold was selected for image segmentation. The regional markers were made for the binary image, the maximum value of regional markers was known as connected region integer, and the connected region integer of the binary image was considered as a characteristic of tool wear. The experimental results show that the value of connected region integer will be increased with the increase of tool wear. It pro- vides an effective means for on-line detection of the tool wear.
