摘要
五坐标数控机床的曲面加工一直是加工中的难点,分析双旋转工作台机床误差产生的主要来源,依据三坐标切削加工所设定的步进长度,对多轴切削加工误差进行分析,在理论上推导出最大容许误差,并给出相关误差的计算公式,为正确地预测加工误差提供理论上的依据,此方法易于编程,计算结果准确。仿真结果亦表明此方法切实可行。
5-axis machining of free-form surface is a difficulty in mechanical processing. The source of error of the dual rotary ta- ble CNC machine tool was analyzed. Based on the step size of 3-axis machining, the error of 5-axis machining was analyzed. The the- oretical formula of maximum machining error was derived and the relative formula was given. The research provides theoretical references for predicting machining error in 5-axis machining. This method is easy to program and the operating result is accurate. The simulation results indicate the method is simple and feasible.
