摘要
针对传统的压差补偿调速液压系统结构复杂、动态特性差的不足,提出了一种基于压差传感计算流量反馈的流量控制方法。给出了流量控制原理图,并利用AMESim中的HCD模型库构建了带阀芯位移传感器节流阀的模型,进而建立了基于AMESim和Simulink平台的液压控制系统模型。仿真结果表明,阀口流量对压差的阶跃响应特性较好。
The structure of traditional pressure difference compensation timing hydraulic system is complex and its dynamic characteristic is poor. A new flux control method was put forward that feedback flux could be calculated from real time pressure difference across the throttle valve. The principle drawing of flux control was given and the model of throttle valve with core displacement sensor was built employing HCD library in AMESim. The model of hydraulic control system was built based on AMESim and Simulink. Simulation results indicate that the flux responds excellently to the step of pressure difference.
