摘要
针对传统机械式微位移机构无法达到很高的定位精度,设计了一种用于实现精密定位的压电陶瓷驱动的微位移机构。给出了该机构柔性铰链的设计参数,并计算了铰链材料的强度。利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对微位移机构进行结构静力分析,分析了理论计算与实际机构之间存在的误差,结果表明,所设计的柔性铰链参数是正确的。
Traditional mechanical micro-displacement mechanism can not achieve high precision, so a micro-displacement mech- anism driven by piezoelectric ceramics was designed for precise positioning. The design of parameters for flexure hinge was described and the strength of material for flexure hinge was calculated. The static analysis of structures for micro-displacement mechanism was carried out based on finite element method in order to analyze the error between theoretical calculation and practice. The results indicate that the designed parameters of flexure hinge is correct.
