摘要 在传统的光电轴角编码器手动检测基础上,设计了一种编码器自动检测系统。以LabVIEW为开发平台,采用直接比较法,通过RS-232串口传输数据,24位高精度编码器作为基准,步进电机控制转台自动定位,多点检测以消除系统误差。系统具有自动记录数据、误差分析、绘制误差曲线、数据存储等功能。实例检测结果表明:该系统可对高达18位的各类光电轴角编码器实现自动检测,操作简单,可靠性高。与传统手动检测相比,消除了人眼读数和手动定位误差,检测效率提高近3倍。 In order to improve the method of conventional manual detection for encoder, an encoder auto-detection system based on LabVIEW platform was proposed. Direct comparison method was used in this system to detection encoder;data was transported by RS -232 serial port;using a 24-bit high precision photoelectric encoder as angle benchmark;rotary table position can be automatically controlled by stepper motor;to eliminate system error, angles were detected as many as possible. Automatic recording data,error analysis,drawing error curve,data store of detection encoder can be accomplished by this system. Results of application in practice show that this system can automatically detect the error of any kinds of eneoder up to 18-bit, it has the advantages of simple operate and high reliability. Compared with tradition manual detection, auto-detection system eliminates error of reading by human and manual positioning,increasing of efficiency is about 3 times.
