摘要 液位是储液罐注料过程的关键技术指标,直接影响着储液罐储藏和注料的安全性。针对诸多行业储液罐液位测控的特点和技术要求,设计了一种基于USB数据通信的液位测控系统,应用磁致伸缩液位传感器检测储液罐的液位信号,通过A/D采集卡实现液位信号的转换与USB通信方式的数据传输,研发了基于LabVIEW语言的数字滤波算法和数字PID控制算法,实现了液位实时检测和控制。现场应用和实验表明,该系统具有较高的测量精度、控制精度和系统可靠性,较强的现场环境适应性,扩大了该系统的应用范围。 Liquid level is the key specification of tank material injection process, and direct impacts on the safety of tank in- jection and storage. For the level measurement and control features and technical requirements of a number of industry, a liquid lev- el measurement and control system based on USB data communication was designed. Magnetostrictive liquid level sensor detected level signal of tank. A/D acquisition card transformed level signal and realized the USB data communication. Digital filer algorithm and PID control algorithm based on LabVIEW was designed. The system realized level real time measurement and control. Practical application and experiments show that the system has higher measurement accuracy, control accuracy and system reliability ,stronger on-site environmental adaptability, and their application fields were extended.
