摘要
时栅传感器误差曲线的动态自动标定工作,在保证精度的同时,大幅度减少了标定所需的时间。同时,利用软件实现卡尔曼滤波方法,进一步提高了动态标定精度。文中主要介绍了系统工作原理及动态标定的方法,使用结果表明:动态自动测试效率和标定精度达到了预定的指标。
The dynamic automatic testing and calibration work of time grating sensor error curve can not only ensure its precision, but also reduce testing and calibration time. It used Kalman filter with software to improve the dynamic automatic testing and calibration precision. This paper focused on the system principle and the dynamic automatic testing and calibration method. And the testing results prove that the testing efficiency and calibration precision reach expected requirements.
