摘要
本文对自动缫丝均方差的形成进行了深入研究，从理论上推出影响均方差的重要公式，找出了影响均方差的主要因素，并从实验上证实了各种因素对纤度的影响程度，最终归纳成几个管理要点，使生丝均方差得到了有效的控制。
The mean square deviation of automatic silk reeling is discussed in this paper.On the basis of theoretic analysis,the equation is given out for mean square deviation calculation.The experiement shows the same results as theoretic equation.Accordling to the effects of different factors included in the equation.proper measures of quality management can be taken to control the mean square deviation of silk.
