摘要 目的:探讨高频超声对膝骨性关节炎的诊断价值。方法:对80例临床已确诊为骨性关节炎的膝关节进行超声检查,详细观察滑膜/关节积液、滑膜厚度、骨质及软骨改变、有无游离体等情况。结果:80例病变膝关节均有相应的异常改变。结论:超声具有无创、方便、可重复性强等优点,可显示关节软骨及周围软组织等情况,可作为膝骨性关节炎的一种重要辅助诊断手段。 Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of high- frequency ultrasonography in osteoarthritis (OA) of knee joint. Method According to the ultrasonography results of 80 knee joints of OA, synovial effusion/hydrarthrosis, synovial thickness, bone changes and loose body etc, were detailedly observed. Results The 80 knee joints of OA all showed abnormal changes. Concclusion Ultrasonography is noninvasive, convenient and repeatable, can display the lesions of articular cartilage and surrounding soft- tissue,and can be used as an important auxiliary means to detect OA of knee.
