毛细胞白血病的电镜诊断

本文报道７例毛细胞白血病瘤细胞的超微结构，并与慢性淋巴细胞白血病（４例）做了比较。结果表明，毛细胞白血病依其淋巴细胞表面突起的不同，分二型：微绒毛型，突起直径０．１μｍ，长约０．７μｍ；毛发分枝型，突起长达１．５～３μｍ，且有分枝。讨论了电镜在毛细胞白血病鉴别诊断中的作用。

We investigated the ultrastructure of peripheral blood of fairy cell leukaemia (HCL) in 7 cases, and compared with chronic lymphocytic leukaemia in 4 cases.According to their cytoplasmic processes,HCL was divided into two types as below:type 1 with microvilli like processes,0 1μm in diameter,about 0.7μm in the length;type 2 with slender hairy processes with branches,1.5—3μm in length.The role of electron microscopy in the diagnosis of HCL was discussed.
