摘要
目的:观察牛磺酸在实验性半乳糖性白内障发生发展过程中对晶状体超微结构的影响。方法:应用冷冻复型、超薄切片透射电镜技术对半乳糖性白内障大鼠晶状体及给予牛磺酸后大鼠晶状体超微结构的改变进行了观察。结果:半乳糖性白内障大鼠晶状体纤维表面光滑,膜内颗粒减少,未见典型缝管连接,晶状体纤维细胞间隙增大,细胞质内充满大小不等的空泡状结构;牛磺酸投药后晶状体纤维细胞膜内颗粒增多,可见典型缝管连接,晶状体纤维细胞胞质均匀,空泡消失,结膜下注射组的改变尤为明显。结论:牛磺酸能对抗半乳糖性白内障晶状体所受的内源性损害,可以避免或逆转白内障发生发展过程中引起的晶状体超微结构的异常改变。
Purpose:To observe taurine's effect to the ultrastructure of galactose cataract mice's lens.Methods:Divided 27 wistar mice into 6 groups:normal control group,cataract group,prevention group,subconjunctive injection group,intraperitoneal injection group and eye dropping group;supplied taurine to the latter four groups by three different way;took the lenses on 8th,14th day,we made ultrastructure by transmission electron microscopy.Results:There was distinguished difference in ultrastructure between the galactose cataract lens and the normal lens,and there were little changes in latter four groups supplied taurine,especially in the subconjunctive injection group,its ultrastructure was similar the normal group.Conclusion:Taurine can confront the ingenous damages in galactose cataract lens,prevention and slow galactose cataract.
