摘要
用透射电子显微镜和计算机模拟手段研究了含间苯连接的聚醚醚酮酮(PEEKmK)聚合物的结晶结构,结果表明,PEEKmK单胞是由两个具有镜像关系的分子链组成,分子链为平面锯齿构像,平均锯齿角和二面角分别为126°和30.2°。由电子衍射结果计算出单胞参数为:a=0.793nm,b=0.590nm,c=0.979nm。
The crystal structure and morphology of poly(aryl ether ether ketone ketone)(PEEKmK) have been investigated using transmisson electron microscopy and computer simulation.The results of electron microscopy indicate that PEEKmK crystals consist of two kinds of morphology i.e.edge on lamellae which consists of spherulites and flat on single lamellar crystal.The simulation results indicate that PEEKmK unit cell consists of two chains with mirror relationship.The chain conformation is planar zigzag and average zigzag angle and torsion angle are 126° and 30 2° respectively.
