摘要
为了利用计算机对微古生物鉴定数据进行管理、统计、分析和研究,必须将微古生物鉴定数据录入到计算机。由于微古生物鉴定数据含有冗长的拉丁文属种名称,数据录入是一个速度慢、耗时间、易出错的工作环节。本文介绍的微古生物鉴定数据快速录入程序采用自动化编程技术,实现数据快速录入到Excel工作表,有效地提高数据录入质量。
Micropaleontology data should be input into computer so that the data could be managed, analyzed, used for statistics and studied on computer. As micropaleontology data containing species names which are verbose Latin words, data input is a slow, time-consuning, error-prone process. The program developed with automation programming techniques provides a way for fast input of micropaleontology data into Excel worksheet. Simultaneously, qualities of input data are well controlled.
