菊苣根系切割再生试验

摘要 在观测到菊苣地上部及根茎被切断后,地下根系仍能再生并长成正常植株的现象后,开展本试验研究,目的在于了解菊苣根系再生的相关特性,为菊苣的开发利用提供依据。通过从地面往地下切断菊苣根系0、2、4、6、8、10、12、14、16、18em的不同处理,观测其地下根系的再生特性。结果表明:菊苣地上部及主根切断后,地下根系不但不会死亡,反而促进地上植株的再生能力,再生植株数随切割的频度和切割深度的增加而增加。 With the observation that the roots of Cichorum intybus under ground could regenerate and grow into normal plants when its stems upon the ground and roots were cut apart, the experiment was conducted with the purpose to learn the relevant regeneration characteristics of Cichorum intybus so as to provide information for the future development and utilization of Cichorum intybus. The regeneration characteristic of Cichorum intybus was examined by root cutting treatment at different depth of 0, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16 and 18cm from the surface to depth of ground. The result achieved showed that when the stems on the surface of ground and taproot of Cichorum intybus were cut apart, the roots of the plant under ground would be stimulate to regenerate more new growth on the surface of the ground. Rather than dying, the number of regenerated plants kept increasing when the depth and frequency of root cutting increased.
