不同饲料添加剂对育肥猪生产性能的研究

摘要 选择体重25kg左右的(48头)杜长大三元杂交猪进行饲养试验,按公母各半的原则分为3组,每组2个重复,每个重复8头猪,对照组饲喂抗生素日粮,两个试验组分别饲喂复合酶制剂、科农2008两种绿色饲料添加剂日粮。饲养试验结束后每组各选5头进行屠宰试验,并采样进行肉质分析。试验结果表明,三组猪的生产性能未出现显著差异,说明科农2008日粮和复合酶制剂日粮可以替代传统抗生素日粮。 48 finishing pigs (Duroc × Landrace × Large White, 25 kg of average initial body weight) were divided into three groups, each of which included two replicates of 8 pigs each (sex balanced).The groups received the same basal diet, supplemented with traditional antibiotic additive, complex enzyme preparation and Kenong 2008 additive. After fattening, five pigs in the group were slaughtered to analyse the meat quality. The results showed that there were no significant difference in the growth performance of the three groups. In conclusion, that complex enzyme additive and Kenong 2008 can replace the traditional antibiotic additive in pig fattening.
