摘要
水轮发电机组调相运行时,通过压水,使转轮在空气中转动,保持水轮发电机组消耗较小的有功功率。传统的转轮室水位测量常采用在水位测量筒上安装水位电极,新安江水电厂由于水位测量筒使用年限较长,压水不成功故障增多,导致调相不成功。在实际工作中,通过摸索,采用了有功功率值来控制调相充气,解决了部分机组不能调相的问题。介绍两种调相充气控制方式的原理,通过优缺点的比较,提出了改进建议。
In the mode of the hydraulic generator operating as the condenser, the runner turns in the air by pressing water with air inflation to keep the turbine-generator unit consuming less active power. In traditional, the water level of the runner chamber is measured by electrodes fitted at the measurement tube. In Xin'anjiang Hydropower Station, the water level of the runner chamber is controlled by active power values, so the problem that some units cannot be used for condensers is solved. The principles of two air inflation control modes are introduced and some improvement suggestions are put forward in the article.
