摘要
水轮发电机推力轴承甩油是机组运行中的经常出现的问题,会影响机组的运行性能,严重的会威胁机组安全。分析了龙滩水电站5号水轮发电机组的推力油槽外甩油和油雾外溢情况,确定了甩油原因,提出相应的解决方法,对其同类机组有一定的借鉴作用。
Oil mist escape from the hydro-generator thrust bearing in operation is a common problem. It will affect the operation performances or even threaten the safety of the unit. This paper analyzes the causes of oil thrown-off from the thrust bearing tank and oil mist escape in operation of Unit 5 in Longtan Hydropower Station. The appropriate solutions are given.
