高职实训基地与学生创新创业能力的实证研究

An empirical study on cultivating students’ innovation and carving out ability in the training base of higher vocational schools

高职实训基地是高职教育开展实践教学、提高学生实践创新创业能力的重要场所。该文以浙江经贸职业技术学院的校内生产性实训基地建设为实证案例，调整实训室布局，重构适合教学的生产性实训环境，依托行业，从实训基地平台实践教学体系的构建、学生的创新创业能力的培养、“双师型”教师队伍的培养、实训课程体系改革等方面进行了深入的研究和实践，取得了一定的成效。

The training base is an important place for higher vocational schools to carry out practical teaching and enhance students＇ innovation and carving out ability. Planning the layout of training rooms and reconstructing teaching environment are presented, with the training base construction of Zhejiang Economic and Trade Polytechnic as case study. This article systematically and thoroughly studies the construction of practical course system, the cultivation of students＇ innovation and carving out ability, double-quality teachers training and the reform of practice teaching system.
