围绕国家科技创新指导方针,结合邯钢科技创新体系现状,从新产品研发、新技术研发、基础设施建设、人才培养等方面,阐述了河北钢铁集团邯钢公司依靠科技创新、向科技要效益并加快科技创新体系建设的发展战略和总体规划。
Under the China＇ s Guidelines of Scientific and Technical Innovation, basing on the status of Han Steel Company, its development strategy and general plan of ＂Relaying on Scientific and Technical Innovation to Produce Benefit and Expedite the Scientific and Technical Innovation System Construction＂ is expounded in research and development of new products and technologies, construction of basic facilities and personnel training.
