摘要
根据分子医学实验室近年来承担实验教学课程的管理与实践，构建了教学实验室的全面质量管理体系，该体系是通过运行组织和管理、文件控制、效果评价、供应质量、开放服务、投诉处理、纠正措施、持续改进、记录管理、内部考核等模式进行管理的，为提高实验教学质量及优秀学生的培养提供了基础和保障。
According to the management and practice of experimental teaching undertaken by molecular medicine laboratory in resent years, a complete quality control system of teaching laboratory and experimental teaching is made. This system worked through the mode of organization and management , documents control, effect evaluation, the quality of supplies,open service, suit processing, correct measures, continued improve- ment,record management, and internal inspection. It provids the foundation and safeguard to improve the quality of experimental teaching and cultivate excellent students.
