摘要
分析了承钢提钒炼钢二厂150t双工位铁水脱硫站投用近一年的生产实践,对喷吹参数设定、扒渣工艺优化、聚渣剂选取、深脱硫等工艺进行了优化,取得了比较满意的效果。
It is analyzed the production in the recent one year of 150t duplex molten -iron desulfurizing station of No. 2 Steelworks of Cheng Steel. A satisfied effect is gotten from optimizing the injection parameters setting, skimming process, selection of slag conglomeration agent and deep desulfurization,in the production.
