关于一些高校实验室废液管理现状的调研报告

Investigative report on current liquid waste management in some laboratories in colleges and univrsities

通过网页浏览、文献检索、实地考察、电话访谈等方式对国内一些大学的废液管理状况进行了调查，包括实验室废物管理机构设置与人员责任、规章制度、危险废物分类收集方法、盛放废液的容器、清运废液的时间安排、废液的去向、废液处理费用、废水处理设施建设等多个方面，针对存在的主要问题，提出了进一步加强高校实验室废液管理的建议。

Investigations towards liquid waste management in Chinese colleges and universities are conducted through browsing webpage, indexing documents, field study and telephone interviews. Issues addressed are as follows： institutional setups in laboratory liquid waste management, personnel responsibility, rules and regula- tions, sorted dangerous waste collection, container of liquid waste, its timetable of cleaning and transporting, whereabouts and processing cost as well as construction of waste water treatment infrastructure. Suggestions about reinforcing management of liquid waste in laboratories are given with the aim of tackling main problems.
