摘要
对宏村景区服务质量游客满意度进行了实证研究,运用SPSS17.0统计软件得到了一些关于宏村景区服务质量评价项目的定性与定量的数据,并且对这些数据进行了总结分析,可为宏村景区提高景区服务质量的游客满意度提供借鉴。
This paper carries out an empirical study on measuring the tourist satisfaction about the quality of service in Hongcun scenic spot.Through the use of statistical software SPSS17.0,this paper gets some qualitative and quantitative data of the evaluation projects about the quality of service in Hongcun scenic spot.And these data are also summarized and analyzed with the hope of providing a reference in order to enhance the tourist satisfaction about the quality of scenic services in Hongcun scenic spot.
