法学专业“三位一体”教学模式及其改革完善

On the Reformation and Consummation about an Integrative Scheme of the "Three in One" Mode of Education in Legal Specialty

素质教育应是知识、能力和道德教育三者有机统一,因此,我国的法学专业应该实施"知识传授.能力训练.道德培养"这样三位一体的教学模式。然而,我国法学教育在这三方面做得都不尽如人意,存在这样或那样的问题,需要进行相应的改革探索。

Quality education includes the education of knowledge,ability and morality,so our legal specialty should adopt the ＂three in one＂ teaching mode of knowledge instruction,ability practice and morality cultivation.But we do not do well in these three aspects,and there are a lot of problems in them.Therefore,the article tries to find out these problems and give answers to them.
