摘要
以开发新型纺织原料为目的,从一种资源丰富的农业废弃物荷秆中提取纤维原料——莲纤维。经物理方法提取的莲纤维,细长柔软飘逸,外观乳白泛黄。经SEM观测,发现莲纤维是由数根直径约4μm的单丝横向缔合而成,纵向有横节,间距3μm~5μm。纵向形态为螺旋卷曲,单丝横截面有中腔。既为纺织等行业提供了绿色纺织原料,又为农业深加工开辟了新出路,具有较大的社会效益和经济效益。
In order to develop the new raw textile materials, we withdraw lotus fiber from rejected lotus stalks, which are abundant in agriculture. After physical extraction, the fiber is slender and soft, breast yellow with appearance. Through the SEM observation, we discover the single lotus fiber is composed of several tiny fibers with diameter approximately 4μm, and has horizontal burls in the lengthwise direction, spacing 3-5μm. Lengthwise direction assumes the belt-shaped spiral revolving tune, and the lateral section has mesocoeles and holes. It has provided both the green ecology raw materials and the new outlet for the intensive process of agriculture, with big social efficiency and economic efficiency.
