摘要
介绍了蒸发式冷凝器的工作原理与不同结构形式的技术特点。结合福建三钢(集团)三明化工有限公司合成氨厂冰机水冷器改蒸发式冷凝器的改造,叙述了蒸发式冷凝器的能耗计算及选型,以及改造中应注意的问题。
The working principle of evaporative condenser and technical features of different structure are introduced.Combined the practice of revamping water cooler of ammonia compressor into evaporative condenser in Ammonia Plant of Sanming Chemical Industry Co.,Ltd of Fujian Sangang Steel Group,the calculation of energy consumption and model selection on evaporative condenser are described,followed by precaution in revamping.
