摘要
根据赢得值原理及发电工程建设特点,提出以费用管理为核心的赢得值分析方法,力求实现传统的费用管理与赢得值分析有效衔接。
Presented an approach to implement the Earned Value analysis based on the principles of Earned Value theory and the cost management,an attempt to establish a link between classical cost management methods and Earned Value analysis.
