Driver program is the bridge to link operating system and hardware. Windows CE. NET is an operating system for embedded application,it designs a multi- thread,multi- task operating system environment for limited resources specially. Serial port is a common computer system interface, has important role in data transmission. The process of how to write the code of serial driver and how to communicate with PC are introduced.
