The structure of the pre-stressed strip wound dies has been introduced in the text. It is pointed out that the study on fixed problem of the tube in strip winding is very important. The principle and producing process have been explained. The results show that fixed way through tube in the production of the pre-stressed strip wound dies is feasible.
