腹膜转运机制研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 腹膜透析是慢性肾衰竭主要治疗手段之一,具有操作简便和不依赖血透机等优点。对于长期腹膜透析的患者,腹膜转运类型、腹膜透析液和透析置管等多因素可影响其腹膜转运功能,导致透析效能降低,出现腹膜纤维化及超滤衰竭,是制约腹膜透析发展的主要原因。对腹膜转运机制的研究是国际上腹膜透析领域研究的热点,本文就近年的相关研究进展作一综述。
