摘要
现有的一些法律虽规定了教代会的形式,但无具体实施内容,而《高等学校教职工代表大会暂行条例》虽对教代会的职权作了规定,但是其作为规范性文件的地位,实施效果有限,需要提升其法律地位,并且需要进一步合理界分教代会和行政系统的职权、教代会四项职权的事务范围,通过加强校务公开、运行机制、实效机制等教代会的保障制度建设,进一步推动民主治校。
The existing law system specifies the form of SRC, but it hasn＇ t specific content. The legal status of Temporary Rules of SRC in Higher School should be upgraded. Moreover, the function of SRC and administrative system should be specified. In order to promote the democratic management, it is of vital significance to improve the operation and actual effect mechanism of SRC and make public the affairs of a university.
