关于首都职工素质教育教材建设的调查与思考

Investigation and Consideration of Construction of Teaching Materials of Quality-oriented Education of Capital Workers and Staff Members

教材建设是首都职工素质教育工程不可或缺的支持与服务平台,引导着职工教育的方向。但调查表明,目前使用的一些职工培训教材存在着适用性不强,实用性有待提高的问题。职工对提升岗位技能的应用型课程需求较多,用人单位则希望在提高职工技术技能的同时关注职工综合素质的提高。因此,要编写好适应首都职工的培训教材,使职工素质教育真正深入到各行各业、各类经济组织以及各种层面的职工群体当中。

Construction of teaching materials is an indispensable support and platform for quality-oriented education project of capital workers and staff members, leading the direction of education of staff and workers. At present, however, the research shows that some training materials for workers are inapplicable and the practicability remains to be improved. There are more demands of applied courses for workers to develop their practice skills, while employing units hope to pay more attention on development of workers＇ comprehensive qualities. Therefore, it needs to write training materials applicable for capital workers, which can make qualityoriented education of workers do deep into all trades and professions, each economic organization and workers in each of levels.
