我国2001年的婚姻法中明确规定了探望权制度，使我国的婚姻法得到了进一步的完善。该制度为解决探望权的相关纠纷提供了法律依据，有利于保障未成年人的身心健康，同时对维护安宁的家庭及社会的和谐有着深远的影响。但在司法实践过程中，有关探望权的纠纷仍普遍存在，尤其是执行问题，对这一问题进行了探讨。

The amendment of marriage law in 2001 has definitely stipulated the system of visitation right, which furthers perfectly the marriage law. This kind of system supplies a sort of legal support for solving the issues related to visitation right, which not only guarantees juvenile people＇s health of body and mind, but also plays an important part in maintaining the hanmony of the family and society. However, when referring to the judicial practices, some disputes about the visitation right still exist, especially on the issue of implementation, so it also needs further perfecting.
