摘要
目的探讨大鼠局灶性脑缺血后脑泰方对其血浆血栓素B2(TXB2)及6-酮-前列腺素F1α(6-Keto-PGF1α)含量的影响。方法线栓大鼠左侧大脑中动脉制作大鼠局灶性脑缺血模型,65只健康SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、假手术组、模型组和脑泰方组。动态观察脑泰方治疗后1d、3d、5d和7d血浆TXB2和6-Keto-PGF1α含量的变化。结果模型组术后1d、5d、7d血浆TXB2含量和TXB2/6-Keto-PGF1α比值明显高于假手术组(P<0.01),与模型组同时点比较,脑泰方组血浆TXB2含量和TXB2/6-Keto-PGF1α明显降低。结论脑泰方能通过降低血浆TXB2及TXB2/6-Keto-PGF1α,达到对局灶性脑缺血大鼠的神经保护作用。
Objective To study the effects of Naotaifang extracts on levels of thromboxane B 2(TXB 2) and 6-keto-prostaglandin F 1α(6-Keto-PGF 1α) in rats with focal cerebral ischemia.Methods Sixty-five Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into the control group,the sham operation group,the model group,and Naotaifang extract group.After operation for 1,3,5,and 7 days,the contents of plasma TXB 2 and 6-Keto-PGF1 were detected by radioimmunoassay method.Results Compared with sham operation group,plasma TXB 2 level and TXB 2/6-Keto-PGF 1α ratio in model group were markedly increased(P 0.01).Plasma TXB 2 level and TXB 2/6-keto-PGF 1α ratio were decreased significantly(P 0.01) from day 1 to 7 days in Naotaifang extract group.Conclusion Naotaifang extracts had neuroprotective effect by reducing plasma TXB 2 level and altering the ratio of TXB 2 and 6-Keto-PGF 1α in rats with focal cerebral ischemia.
