摘要
数控加工仿真系统能满足大批量学生教学需求。在数控教学改革过程中,通过引进数控加工仿真软件作为辅助教学工具进行数控编程和加工的理论教学,取得了较好的教学效果。本文介绍了VNUC数控虚拟仿真软件特点及在FANUC车削系统中的应用技巧及方法,并根据典型的实例进行了编程及仿真加工。
The numerical control simulation system can meet the mass student's study needs. In the numerical control teaching reform, it makes a good teaching effect by introducing numerical control simulation software as the auxiliary teaching tool to carry on the theoretical teaching of programming and processing. This paper introduces the techniques and processes of VNUC virtual simulation in FAN UC turning system, and explains simulate machining and its programming through typical instances.
