基于创新主体引导的资源型城市创新体系营建模式

Construction and Management Models of the Innovation System in the Resource-based Cities Based on the Guiding Models of Innovation Subjects

我国资源型城市众多,这类城市的经济社会发展面临严峻挑战,亟需进行转型使其摆脱对单一自然资源的依赖,从而谋求可持续发展。资源型城市创新体系的营建为解决我国资源型城市转型提供了新的思路。根据创新主体引导的区域创新体系营建模式,在我国资源型城市创新体系存在问题的基础上,从创新主体的能力和经济实力两方面分析了资源型城市对创新体系营建模式的选择。

There are numerous resource-based cities in China, which have been confronted with severe challenges in social and economic development. The construction and management of the innovation system for the resouree-based cities may provide insight as well as solutions for the problem. In this paper, an analysis is made under the guiding models of the innovation subject and the selection of the construction and management models for the innovation system in the resourcebased cities aspects, on the basis of the innovation system in resource-based cities.
