摘要
从人力资源区域流动的特点看,人力资源作为一种资本、一种重要的生产要素,总是流向能使自身价值增值的区域。文章从经济学的角度出发,系统分析了人力资源区域流动的主要影响因素,构建出人力资源区域流动的决策模型,并对个人区域流动决策进行分析,表明人力资源区域流动是由个人收益、流动成本和环境效应三个因素所共同决定的。
From the characteristics of the regional flow of human resources, human resources are regarded as a capital and an important factor in production. From the angle of economics, this article analyzes the factors affecting regional flow of human resources and builds a decision model. Then it analyzes personal flow decisions and draws the conclusion that the regional flow of human resources is decided by three factors ： personal income, flow cost and environmental effect.
