Informationization is the important way of modern enterprise management. It is also an important driving force of enterprise management reformation. The author of this paper has studied ＂YUTONG ＂ and found that the discrete type of factories not only need to actively promote informationization, but also need to optimize the management process and philosophy in the modern competitive market in order to adapt to the new market place, and to get rapid and continuous growth.
