摘要
区域人才流动频繁是一个十分复杂的现象,随着社会的发展,人才在研究领域中倍受关注。文章提出了造成区域人才承载力不足的原因;从人才收入、人口承载力、人口迁移论和地区经济、人才环境、人才指标及模型对国内外有关区域人才承载力理论进行了综述;探讨了各个理论的研究意义与研究特点,并在此基础上进行了基本评价,提出了研究中存在的不足以及未来努力的方向。
Frequent flow of regional talents are a very complex phenomenon. With the development of the society, the talents have increasingly become the focus of attention in the research area. Firstly, the article deals with the reasons about the inadequacy of regional talents in carrying capacity. Secondly, from talents incomes, population carrying capacity, the theory of population migration and regional economy, talents environment, the indicators and models of the talents, the article summarizes the domestic and foreign researches related to this subject. Finally, the article discusses and evaluates the significance and characteristics of related research theories, shows the basic appraisal, and introduces the direction of this research.
