摘要
以青岛滨海学院大学生活动中心及沿街综合楼人工挖孔桩工程实践为基础,探索了适合在深厚回填块石地层中提高人工挖孔掘进速度的工法,并提出了"冲裂"和"静裂"组合式特殊工法.该工法操作简便,成本低廉,在回填块石地层中每个班组日挖土石方由0.2~1.1 m3提高到2.4~3.1 m3.介绍了该工法的专用机具、操作流程和注意事项,及对类似工程有较大的借鉴意义.
Based on the engineering practice of hand-dug piles at the student center and frontage integrative buildings in Qingdao Coastal College, construction method suitable for improving the excavating speed of manual digging in deep and thick backfilling rock layers was studied in the present paper. As a result, a special construction method integrating avulsion and static cracking was developed. This method has advantages including convenient operation and low cost, with which the daily earthwork in backfilling stone layer accomplished by single shift was raised from 0.2-1.1 m^3 to 2.4-3.1 m^3. This paper presents relevant special implements, operation flow and precautions for the method, having considerable reference significance to similar engineering.
