大规模浒苔无害化处置过程中次生污染控制对策

Control Countermeasures for the Secondary Pollution by Harmless Disposal of Large-Scale Enteromorpha

青岛近海2008年爆发大规模浒苔,对社会、经济的发展均产生了较大影响.在紧急情况下,浒苔采取临时堆存和填埋的处置方式,实践证明是可行的选择.针对浒苔处置过程中的次生污染,提出了污染控制对策.首先从堆存和处置场选址角度考虑渗滤液和恶臭气体的环境影响,其次渗滤液可采用合并处理和稀释后农用的方式实现无害化处理,恶臭气体污染问题应考虑进行覆盖和生物除臭方式消除影响.已经堆存和填埋浒苔可考虑采用开挖后堆肥和沼气池利用的方式实现无害化综合利用.

A large-scale enteromorpha broke out in Qingdao coastal area in 2008, which had a great impact on the development of society and economy. In the case of emergency, enteromorpha was disposed via the temporary pile-up and landfill. The fact proves that it is practicable to use those methods under such a situation according to the experience. Selection of storage and disposal sites should be first considered in view of the impact on the environment by the leachate and malodorous gas. The leachate generated from storage and disposal sites can be diluted for agricultural processing and treated in combination with sewage in the municipal wastewater plant. As for the malodorous gas, coverage of the enteromorpha and insufflation of deodorizer should be considered. The enteromorpha that has been piled up and landfilled can be used in compost and marsh gas tank after excavation.
