风机内馈调速的节能性探讨

摘要 风机广泛应用于发电厂、钢铁厂等众多生产单位,其能耗高,具有较大的节能潜力.内馈调速控制技术以其优良的控制性能,可实现风机的运行节能控制.笔者在介绍内馈控制技术的基础上,分析了某工程的节能性,实施内馈调速控制后,节能率为35.6%,证明了内馈控制的适用性和节能性,为风机内馈调速运行节能的推广应用奠定了基础. Fans are widely applied in power plants, steel plants, etc. , whose energy consumption is high and the potentiality of energy conservation is big. The performance of the inner backfeed control technology is better and it can implement the control of the energy conservation of fans. Based on the introduction of the inner backfeed control technology, this paper analyzes the adaption and energy conservation performance of the inner backfeed control technology by use of an example. The result shows the rate of energy conservation is 35.6%. The description in this paper gives reference for the application of the inner baekfeed control technology of fans.
