摘要
为确定盐穗木总生物碱最佳提取工艺,采用超声波提取法、索氏提取法、乙醇加热提取法、酸水提取法四种方法提取盐穗木总碱,考察粗提物的提取率,确定最佳的提取方法。结果显示:超声波提取法提取率最高,总碱含量为0.993 mg/100mg,总碱质量百分数为0.23%;酸水提取法提取率其次,总碱含量为0.520 mg/100mg,总碱质量百分数为0.22%;索氏提取法,总碱含量为0.477 mg/100mg,总碱质量百分数为0.04%;乙醇加热提取法,总碱含量为0.404 mg/100mg,总碱质量百分数为0.04%。研究表明:以氯仿为溶剂,用超声波提取法提取盐穗木总碱,提取率最高。
In order to determine the extraction percentage of total alkaloids from Halostachyscaspica, the methods of total alkaloids'extraction were used ultrasonic extraction y Soxhlet extraction, ethanol heated backstreaming extraction and acid extraction respectively to determine the optimal extraction method with extraction rate of total alkaloids. The results showed: the best method was ultrasonic ex- traction by which the content of total alkaloids was 0. 993 mg/100mg and the qualitative percentage of content in total alkaloids was 0. 23% ; acid extraction by which the content of total alkaloids was 0. 520 mg/100mg and the qualitative percentage of content in total al- kaloids was 0. 22% ; Soxhlet extraction by which the content of total alkaloids was 0. 477 mg/100mg and the qualitative percentage of content in total alkaloids was 0. 04% ; ethanol heated backstreaming extraction by which the content of total alkaloids was 0. 404 mg/ 100rag and the qualitative percentage of content in total alkaloids was 0. 04%. The experiment showed that the best method was ultrasonic extraction which extracted solvent using chloroform.
