补中益气汤加减改善慢性阻塞性肺病稳定期患者生活质量的临床疗效观察

Clinical Research on Quality of Life of buzhongyiqi Oral in Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease(COPD)

目的:探讨补中益气汤加减方对改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病(Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease,COPD)缓解期患者生存质量的临床疗效。方法:采用前瞻性随机对照设计,将98例COPD缓解期患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组给予中药补中益气汤加减方颗粒剂(由人参、生黄芪、白术、茯苓、当归、沙参等药组成),对照组给予安慰剂颗粒剂,疗程6个月;从中医临床证候、肺功能(FEVE%)、营养状态、急性发作加重次数等指标评定疗效。结果:治疗6个月后,治疗组在中医疗效、肺功能、急性发作加重次数等方面明显优于对照组(P<0.05、P<0.001)。结论:补中益气汤加减方可以提高COPD缓解期患者生存质量、减少急性发作次数。

Objective：To research on clinical effection about Quality of Life of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease buzhongyiqi Oral.Methods：In a 6 -month clinical program,a 98 COPD patients was divided into 2 groups randomly,in the clinic group with the buzhongyiqi oral pellet and in the control group. Before and after the investigation,all of the patients were tested with diagnosis,FEVE%,nutrition and frequency.Results：According to the final result,it is to be considered that the clinic group＇s resulted function on the COPD patients＇ diagnosis,FEVE%,nutrition and frequency,all have prominence improvement than the control group.Conclusion：Therefore,the conclusion of this research may be as：the buzhongyiqi oral could improve the COPD patients＇life quality and reducing the possibility of COPD frequency.
