清肺饮对呼吸道合胞病毒感染大鼠血清白三烯C4肿瘤坏死因子α及气道阻力 肺顺应性的影响

Effects of Qinfei Decoction on Serum LTC4 TNFα and the Respiratory Resistance Lung Compliance on Rats Infected by Respiratory Syncytial Virus

目的:观察清肺饮对呼吸道合胞病毒感染大鼠血清白三烯C4、肿瘤坏死因子α及气道阻力、肺顺应性的影响。方法:42只SD大鼠被随机分成正常对照组、病毒感染模型组、中药高剂量组、中药中剂量组中药低剂量组、和地塞米松对照组6组,大鼠在戊巴比妥钠腹腔注射麻醉下用呼吸道合胞病毒滴鼻吸入感染的方法建造病毒感染模型。采用荧光免疫试剂检测法检测大鼠血清白三烯C4、肿瘤坏死因子α的影响。采用多道生理信号采集处理系统测大鼠气道阻力及肺顺应性。结果:与正常对照组相比,病毒感染模型组大鼠血清白三烯C4、肿瘤坏死因子α均升高,均有统计学差异(P<0.01,P<0.05),与RSV感染模型组比较,中药高、中剂量组白三烯C4含量均明显减低(P<0.01),中药高、中、低剂量组及地塞米松组肿瘤坏死因子α含量均明显减低(P<0.01,P<0.05),与正常对照组比较,RSV感染模型组气道阻力明显升高(P<0.01),肺顺应性明显下降(P<0.01),与RSV感染模型组比较,中药高、中剂量组及地塞米松组气道阻力均明显减低(P<0.01),中药高、中剂量组肺顺应性均升高(P<0.05),地塞米松组肺顺应性明显升高(P<0.01)。结论:清肺饮对呼吸道合胞病毒感染大鼠的血清白三烯C4、肿瘤坏死因子α有抑制作用。清肺饮能减轻呼吸道合胞病毒感染大鼠气道阻力,提高其肺顺应性。

Objective:To observe the effects of Qinfei Decoction on serum LTC4,TNFα and the respiratory resistance,lung compliance on rats infected by respiratory syncytial virus.Methods:42 Rats were randomly divided evenly into normal control group,RSV infection model group,high dose Qinfei Decoction group,middle dose Qinfei Decoction group,low dose Qinfei Decoction group,and DXM group,to establish the model,Rats were anesthetized by intraperitoneal injection in pentobarbite,rats were dropped in nasal cavity with RSV,The contents of LTC4,TNFαwere detected with enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).to detect the respiratory resistance and lung compliance on rats by multichannel physiological signal collection processing system.Results:Compared with the normal control group,the contents of LTC4,TNFαin the RSV infection model group were elevated significantly,the differences being significant(P<0.01,P<0.05),Compared with the RSV infection model group,the contents of LTC4 in the high dose Qinfei Decoction group and middle dose Qinfei Decoction group were lowered sifnificantly(P<0.01),the contents of TNFα in the high,middle,low dose Qinfei Decoction group and DXM group were lowered sifnificantly,(P<0.01,P<0.05),Compared with the normal control group,the respiratory resistance in the RSV infection model group were elevated significantly(P<0.01),lung compliance in the RSV infection model group were reduced(P<0.01),Compared with the RSV infection model group,the respiratory resistance in the high,middle dose Qinfei Decoction group and DXM group were reduced significantly(P<0.01),lung compliance in the high,middle dose Qinfei Decoction were elevated(P<0.05),lung compliance in the DXM group were elevated significantly(P<0.01).Conclusion Qinfei Decoction can reduce the serum content of LTC4,TNFαin rats infected by RSV.Qinfei Decoction can reduce the respiratory resistance and elevate the lung compliance in rats infected by RSV.
