醒脑解毒汤对急性期缺血性中风大鼠BDNF及GDNF mRNA表达的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的:观察醒脑解毒汤对大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注模型脑组织中BDNF、GDNF mRNA表达的影响。方法:利用线栓法制备急性期缺血性中风大鼠模型,给予醒脑解毒汤,在不同时间点取大鼠脑组织,用RT-PCR法检测BDNF、GDNF mRNA表达变化。结果:醒脑解毒汤能够上调BDNF、GDNF mRNA表达。结论:醒脑解毒汤能够改善急性期缺血性中风大鼠脑组织的缺血情况。 Objective:To observe the influence of Xingnaojiedu Tang on the mRNA expression of brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) and glial cell line-derived neurotrophic factor (GDNF) in rats brain with regional cerebral ishemia and reperfusion. Methods:using suture method to establish rats model with ischemic stroke at the acute stage,the rats were given Xingnaojiedu Tang by gavage,at different time taken out the brain tissue of the rats,using RT-PCR to detect the changes of expression in BDNF and GDNF mRNA.Results:Xingnaojiedu Tang could increase the expression of BDNF and GDNF mRNA.Conclusion:Xingnaodiedu Tang could improve the Ischemic situation of brain tissue in rats with ischemic stroke at the acute stage.
