摘要
目的探讨老年高血压病患者健康教育效果。方法2005年8月-2008年6月对103例老年高血压病患者在药物治疗同时，给予心理教育、药物教育、饮食指导、运动教育等健康指导。结果健康教育前后差异有统计学意义。结论在药物治疗同时进行针对性健康教育，能使高血压患者获益，从而提高生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of health education on elderly hypertensive patients. Methods 103 cases of elderly hypertensive patients were treated with drug, guided simultaneously with education health such as psychological education, drug education, di- etary guidance, sports education from 2005 to 2008. Restilts Difference before and after health education was statistically significant. Conclusion Drug treatment combined with targeted health education can benefit patients with hypertension to improve their quality of life.
