妇产科围手术期预防性抗生素的应用分析

Analysis of Prophylactic Antibiotics Use during Perioperative Period in Department of 0bstetrics and Gynecology

目的了解围手术期预防性应用抗生素的疗效。方法对2006年10月～2007年2月的384例妇产科手术随机分为两组:实验组和对照组,每组192例。比较两组病人术后最高体温,恢复正常时间、术后病率、术后切口感染率、药物不良反应、平均住院天数、总药物费用。结果实验组术后病率、术后感染率、药物不良反应、平均住院天数、总药物费用发生率较对照组明显减少,差异有显著性差异(P<0.05);术后体温恢复正常时间较对照组无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论妇产科围手术期预防性应用抗生素能达到预防感染的目的,并能为病人减少药物不良反应、医疗费用及住院天数。

Objective To explore the effects of prophylactic antibiotics use during perioperative period in department of obstetrics and gynecology. Methods 384 patients with obstetric and gynecologic operation were divided into two groups： experimental group and con- trol group with 192 cases in each group, comparing the highest temperature, the time when the temperature turned into normal, morbidity and wound infection rate after operation, drug adverse reaction, average hospitalization days, total drug expenses between both the groups. Results The highest temperature, morbidity and wound infection rate after operation, drug adverse reaction, average hospitalization days, total drug expenses decreased significantly in the experimental group than those in the control group with significant differece （P〈0.05）, but the time when the temperature tumed into normal between both the groups had no great difference （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Prophylactic an- tibiotics use during perioperative period in department of obstetrics and gynecology can prevent infection and reduce drug adverse reaction, medical expense and hospitalization days.
