摘要
首次采用5kW高功率程控微波反应系统合成了钨酸钙荧光体,结果表明:该微波反应系统能胜任荧光体合成扩试,反应时间短、节能潜力显著、操作简便、环境洁净,进一步证明微波热法合成荧光体具有推广应用价值.
In this paper, we report that the phosphor CaWO 4 have been synthesized by a new technology using high power (5kW) micowave irradiate reaction system controled by computer programmes. The results of our experiments indicates that this technology has advantages such as greatly shortening reaction time, saving energy, ect. We deeply believe that this technology has a glory future and can be applied into many fields.
