中枢神经系统髓鞘再生的生物学机制 被引量:5

摘要 髓鞘再生是一个在脱髓鞘的轴突上重新形成髓鞘的过程。在多发性硬化症中出现的非连续性髓鞘化,以及后继的轴突完整性丧失,使得增强髓鞘再生成为一个重要的治疗靶标。前体细胞分化为成熟的少突胶质细胞是髓鞘再生成功的一个关键步骤。在实验动物模型中以及在多发性硬化中程,可能由于体内负责管理髓鞘再生过程的生物学信号改变以及受损神经中残留的髓鞘可以强有力的抑制前体细胞分化导致前体细胞分化为成熟少突胶质细胞的过程受损。利用巨噬细胞充分的清除这些残留髓鞘,可能由此可以促进分化和受损轴突上髓鞘再生的发生。这很可能是促进多发性硬化症中轴突髓鞘再生以及减少不可逆神经失能累积的一个非常有潜力的治疗靶标。
